Mr. Kilpatrick’s appraisal experience includes a wide variety of property types and services, specializing not only in general use properties, but also in the valuation and/or evaluation of special purpose properties. He also has experience in analysis and appraisal of real estate for litigation purposes, including valuation and client consultation. He has appraised substantially destroyed properties for insurance purposes. The firm also provides real estate development consultation services, property tax consultation, and negotiation services.
